Emperor Palpatine (from Return of Jedi) Materials: Black robe with hood, Black or dark clothes and shoes, White or silver base makeup, Eyeliner, Copper eyeshadow or lipstick, Yellow contacts (optional!) Directions: Put on contacts if you want to wear them. Apply base makeup. Then apply black eyeliner to the creases in your face, especially frown lines. Emphasize downward corners on your mouth and a crease between your brows. Apply copper color under your eyes, where you eye sockets are. Line the orbital area with eyeliner and blend. Make sure and whiten your lips. Tie your hair back and put your dark clothes on, followed by robe. Keep your hood on, mostly covering your face. Speak in a raspy voice.
